DTF Printer Packaging and Delivery

Check the equipment:

Before packing, make sure the DTF printer is turned off and unplug all power cords and other connecting cables. Also, check the printer for any visible damage or parts that require special handling.

Prepare packing materials:

Prepare suitable wooden boxes, bubble wrap, shockproof foam, tape and other packing materials according to the size and weight of the printer. If possible, use the original box of the printer, as it is usually the most suitable for the size of the printer.

Internal protection:

•  Fix the printer to the bottom of the box with screws to ensure that the machine does not shake and cause collisions.
•  Use bubble wrap or shockproof foam to wrap all sides of the printer, especially the vulnerable parts such as the nozzle, paper feed, etc.
•  Make sure the printer’s ink cartridges or toner cartridges have been removed from the printer and packed separately to prevent leakage or damage during transportation.
•  If the printer has detachable parts (such as print head, tray, etc.), it is recommended to disassemble them and pack them separately to reduce shock and vibration during transportation.

Sealing the box:

Reinforce all wooden boards, seal the equipment, and prepare for shipment.
